This is the most senior role for product squad delivery. Not everyone will want to progress to SE5, and even those who do may not want to go to SE6, and that's OK. Thereβs scope for you to grow by taking on TL or EM duties if you havenβt already or to specialise your technical skills. Promotion from this role to SE6 is not a given since SE6 is a very different type of role.
